All residents are required to connect electric utilities prior to move-in and maintain the services for the duration of their lease agreement. Residents must provide proof of connection (i.e. online confirmation, connection receipt) issued by the City of San Marcos Utilities office. Water services/usage will be billed from The Avenue to residents on a monthly basis. Follow the links below for more information:

Your monthly rent includes cable, internet, and trash. The tenant is responsible for water/sewer and electricity. Water/sewer and electricity will be billed separately each month from the The Avenue and the local utility company, respectively.
